Laura Rutz is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and business analysis with extensive experience spanning various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Supervisor for the City and County of Denver, Laura previously held positions as a Business Advisory Consultant at Slalom and a Continuous Improvement Specialist at the City and County of Denver. Laura has successfully managed mid to large-scale improvement projects across multiple divisions and state agencies, facilitated various workshops, and designed new processes to enhance operational efficiency.
