Margaret Medellin

Margaret Medellin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public works and utilities management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager in Public Works for the City and County of Denver, Margaret oversees Wastewater Management and Solid Waste Management. Previous roles include Utilities Portfolio Manager for the City of Aspen, where innovative strategies were developed for water and power utilities, and Founder/Senior Engineer at Tierra Blue LLC, which provided consulting services for water resources. Margaret also held various positions related to water resource development, including Senior Manager of Technical and Educational Programs at the American Water Works Association and Vice President of Water Resources Development at Renew Strategies LLC. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
