Meg McHugh

Meg McHugh currently serves as the Climate Action Programs Administrator for the City and County of Denver since December 2023. Prior to this role, Meg held various positions at GRID Alternatives from January 2022 to November 2023, including Tribal Business Development Officer, Tribal Program Coordinator, and Tribal Program Administrative Assistant. Meg's experience also includes a position as Extended Learning Program Leader at Denver Public Schools from October 2020 to October 2021, and as High Adventure Trip Leader at American Youth Foundation in the summer of 2019. Meg began a career in leadership through a role as Volleyball Clinic Leader at the University of Rochester from February 2017 to March 2019. Educationally, Meg earned a Master's degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with minors in Anthropology and Environmental Humanities from the University of Rochester.
