Dolly Sithounnolat

Dolly Sithounnolat is a seasoned community development professional with extensive experience in urban planning and economic development. Currently serving as a Senior Community Development Specialist at the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development and as a Project Manager at the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development in San Francisco, Dolly manages Community Development Block Grants and serves as a liaison for the Invest In Neighborhoods initiative. Previous roles include Program Coordinator/Researcher at the Thai Community Development Center, where Dolly evaluated the impacts of Transit Oriented Development, and Consultant for the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, where Dolly mapped development units and facilitated negotiations with developers. Dolly has also contributed to various organizations as a researcher, interim co-director, and intern, focusing on affordable housing, community engagement, and economic revitalization.
