Envinia Quinones, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of HR and Corporate Administration at Direct Commerce, and Senior Application Consultant at Cayenta, where implementation and process enhancement initiatives were guided. Envinia has also worked as a Finance Analyst for the City of Rock Hill, SC, and held various HR-focused positions, including Collections Supervisor at CORH and HR Assistant at Advance Auto Parts and MBTA. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior Studies from Suffolk University and a SHRM-SCP certificate from the University of La Verne, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
