Ishani Baruah is an accomplished Learning and Organizational Development professional with extensive experience in facilitating organizational change, training, and development. Currently serving as the Learning and Organizational Development Assistant Director at the City and County of San Francisco, Ishani leads a team in efforts focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previous roles include managing personnel requests during the COVID-19 pandemic and designing training programs for city employees.
