Jessie Johal

Jessie Johal has over a decade of experience in IT operations and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Operations Support Administrator at the City & County of San Francisco's Office of the Controller since July 2014, Jessie has developed expertise in managing IT support operations. Previously, Jessie worked at Valley Community Bank from June 2007 to June 2012 in various roles, including IT Tech, Teller, and Customer Service, where responsibilities included handling transactions and opening new accounts. Earlier experience at CompUSA involved resolving customer service issues while participating in merchandising. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Information Systems from San José State University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
