Magdalena de Guzman

Magdalena De Guzman is a Filipino Bilingual Teacher at the San Francisco Unified School District and co-founder of the Filipino Educators of San Francisco, an organization established to provide scholarships to Filipino high school seniors based on academic achievements. Inspired by initiatives like the Latino American Teachers Association, De Guzman has played a pivotal role in raising funds and awarding monetary prizes to students with commendable GPAs and exceptional essays. De Guzman holds a Master's Degree in Multicultural Education with an emphasis on bilingual theory and implementation from the University of San Francisco, earned between 1991 and 1994.
