Scott O'Dowd

Scott O'Dowd is a Senior Budget and Planning Analyst at the City and County of San Francisco since January 2023, providing budget and planning support for administrative services and analyzing data for trend identification and spending forecasts. Previously, Scott founded and served as CEO of Green Fox Sustainability, overseeing business operations and sustainability planning, and worked as a Land Use/Environmental Planner in San Diego on the Socially Equitable Cannabis Program. Additional experience includes roles at the Washington State Department of Ecology, where significant contributions were made in sustainable remediation and environmental justice initiatives, along with a background in research and education from Carnegie Mellon University, Lewis & Clark Law School, and Rutgers University.
