Spencer Cook

Spencer Cook is an experienced professional with a background in administrative analysis, management, and education. Currently serving as an Administrative Analyst Fellow for the City and County of San Francisco, Spencer previously held positions at Northwestern University, including Aquatics Manager and Education Research Assistant.
