Victor Hapka

Victor Hapka is a co-owner of City Auto Glass, where since 2012, the company has specialized in windshield services, operating 25 locations throughout Minnesota and providing assistance with insurance claims. Prior to this venture, Victor served as the CEO of Hapka's Barber Shop from January 1964 to October 1977. Education includes studies at Inver Hills Community College from 1976 to 1977 and attendance at South St. Paul, Minnesota from 1956 to 1958.
