Randy Silva is currently serving as the Market President in Midland for City Bank since July 2021. Prior to this, Randy was the Executive Vice President at Lone Star State Bank of West Texas from October 2020 to July 2021. With a background in finance, Randy has held various leadership positions in banking and finance sectors, including roles as Chief Financial Officer at an oilfield service company and Senior Vice President at Frost Bank. Randy graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance from the Rawls College of Business in 2001.
