Neil Thompson

Neil Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Neil is currently an Operating Partner at Potentia Capital and a Non-Executive Director at City Chic Collective Limited. Neil previously held positions such as Director, Chairman, and Financial Director at the Australian World Orchestra. Neil also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ascender HCM, a leading HR and payroll software and services provider. Additionally, Neil has worked as the Honorary Treasurer at International Children's Aid and as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at McAleese Group. Neil held the role of Finance Director at Alesco Corporation Limited and Amatek Group, where they also served as the GM of Strategy & Investments. Neil's early career involved working as a Corporate Contractor at Milgane Pty Ltd.
