Vincent Williams has a diverse work experience. Vincent began their career in 2007 as a Program Associate at the Illinois Institute for Entrepreneurship Education, where they developed innovative programs for youth with the emphasis in entrepreneurship, organized and maintained an alumni network of 400 plus young entrepreneurs, and assisted in administrative duties and responsibilities. In 2010, they became an Arts + Culture Manager at the Chicago Park District, where they developed citywide programs to engage city residents in the performing arts discipline, managed day-to-day operational functions, and increased revenue by 15% per year, totaling an overall increase of 135% in their 9-year tenure. In 2014, they became a Program Consultant at Concerned Christian Men, where they provided curriculum development in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and mentorship, assessed programming quality and effectiveness through reliable data retrieval and focus groups, and assisted in curriculum training for CCM Staff. In 2019, they became Communications + Marketing Director and Outreach Director at City Church Chicago, where they developed the organization's communication strategy and processes, led the marketing and communication team, managed the organization's assimilation processes and experience, and oversaw the Outreach Department, managing local and global outreach opportunities, events, and community partnerships.
