Ken Ferman

Ken Ferman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in high-end luxury sales and rentals. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at City Connections Realty since May 2005, Ken specializes in properties on the West side of Manhattan and in Downtown Jersey City and Hoboken. In addition, Ken has been a Sales Associate at Liberty Realty LLC since March 2011, focusing on the luxury market in Downtown Jersey City. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at The Meehan Group @ Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2001, where Ken managed facility relocation and various projects. Ken holds a BA in Psychology from Hofstra University and attended Sullivan County Community College.
