Carla Newton McIpd

Carla Newton MCIPD has over 20 years of experience in human resources management and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional People Partner for North, Central, and Wales at City & County Healthcare Group since January 2020, Carla has previously held senior HR roles, including Head of People and Director of People at Human Support Group from August 2015 to November 2023. Additional experience includes positions such as Director of People and Operations at Kids Allowed, Divisional HR Manager at Focus DIY, HRA at B&Q, and HR Admin at Comet. Carla's academic background includes a BA Hons in Human Resources Management from the University of Lincoln, earned between 2001 and 2005, and a foundational education at Altrincham Girls Grammar School.
