Phil Barros

Phil Barros is an accomplished Brand and Marketing Communications Manager at City & County Healthcare Group since January 2019, managing over 30 brands within the homecare services sector and leading integration communications for acquisitions. Previously, Phil served as Head of Brand Marketing at NDCS, where a complete brand refresh was executed. Experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at DMC Healthcare, where an online GP platform was relaunched, and at Blind Veterans UK, where a significant marketing campaign was managed. Additionally, Phil held marketing and sales roles in various organizations, including Royal British Legion Industries and Hunter Signs, showcasing a versatile background in brand development, marketing strategy, and creative design. Phil holds a BA Hons. in Industrial Design from UWIC.
