Ke-Vin Lim

Ke-Vin Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and asset management within the real estate and environmental sectors. Currently, Ke-Vin leads the Climate Challenge Leadership Group at MIT Solve and serves on the Nomination Committee for The Earthshot Prize, which recognizes innovative environmental solutions. As Vice-President and Head of Group Innovation at City Developments Limited, Ke-Vin drives technological advancements across operations, while also overseeing asset management to optimize the company’s property portfolio. Ke-Vin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has previously worked with organizations such as Ascendas, CapitaLand, and Cathay Organisation Holdings Ltd.
