Marija Djordjeski

Marija Djordjeski has been working in the professional world since 2013. Marija started their career as a Team Leader of the Recruitment Team and Team Leader of the Incoming Exchange at AIESEC Serbia. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager for National Projects. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at CityExpert as a Real Estate Sales Assistant, Supervisor of the Operation Department, and Call Center Representative. During this time, they managed a team of 14 members and was responsible for recruitment, education, and monitoring of work and progress. In 2019, they moved to ImpactEco as the Head of Human Resources. Currently, they are employed at City Expert as a Performance Manager and Project Manager.

Marija Djordjeski attended the XII Beogradska Gimnazija from 2008 to 2011 and then the Faculty of Political Science from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Social Work.
