Laura Bretzger has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, serving as HR Manager and Marketing Manager at City Fire Equipment Company from October 2001 to July 2023. Prior to that, Laura worked at Jersey Battered Women's Service from March 1981 to December 1996, where roles included Teenage Dating Violence Counselor, Overnight Shelter Counselor Advocate, Evening Shelter Counselor Advocate, Daytime Counselor Advocate, and Senior Counselor Advocate. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Ithaca College.

City Fire designs, installs, maintains, inspects and services all types of fire protection equipment including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, central station monitoring, special hazard fire systems, and security systems, throughout the state of New Jersey, southern state of New York, New York City and eastern Pennsylvania. We also are a fully licensed electrical contractor by the State of New Jersey. Since 1952, City Fire continues to not only protect our customers and their companies from earth-shattering disasters, but grow and expand our own knowledge and expertise with different certifications.
