Dorsey Hopson

Dorsey Hopson is a Partner at City Fund since January 2022, bringing extensive educational leadership experience from previous roles, including National K-12 Director at Cigna from January 2019 to January 2022 and Superintendent of Schools for Memphis-Shelby County Schools from June 2008 to January 2019. Dorsey also served as General Counsel during tenure at Memphis-Shelby County Schools. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate in School and Employment Law from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Memphis.
