Kameelah Shaheed-Diallo

Operating Partner at City Fund

Kameelah Shaheed-Diallo is a lawyer and education reformer who is currently an Operating Partner at City Fund. Kameelah was previously the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Community Engagement for The Mind Trust, where they worked to ensure that community stakeholders were involved and invested in reshaping pubic education to better serve students. Kameelah has also served as strategic advisor to U.S. Congressman André Carson in their 2007 inaugural campaign. Kameelah is a graduate of DePauw University and the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University. Kameelah is active in the Indianapolis community, serving on the board of directors for the Indiana Federal Community Defenders and Early Learning Indiana.

Kameelah Shaheed-Diallo received their Doctor of Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and their BA in Sociology from DePauw University.
