Dave Francis

Dave Francis has extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational improvement, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at CITY Furniture since 2010, where Dave previously held roles as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Strategy Management. Earlier experiences include serving as an Operational Improvement Lean Consultant at Veloxity LLC, leading over 50 Lean events that resulted in significant savings and the development of leadership skills in others. Francis also held the position of Director of Business Development at Rave Computer, generating over $7M in new revenue through strategic partnerships. Additional roles include working as an Organization Analyst at the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center and as a Plant Facilitator at Davis Industries, focusing on operational efficiencies. Francis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance from Walsh College, along with education from Six Sigma World and Michigan Technological University.
