Rachel Weinbaum

Rachel Weinbaum is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at CITY Furniture since November 2020, after holding the position of Senior Manager of Operations. Prior to CITY Furniture, Rachel worked at US Foods as a Continuous Improvement Lead from July 2018 to November 2020 and at Target as an Operations Manager from July 2016 to July 2018. In the current role, Rachel oversees a 1.5 million square foot distribution center, coordinates daily tasks for a diverse team, collaborates with third-party vendors to enhance facility operations, and manages a $165,000 building budget to ensure efficient and safe product delivery.
