Emily Hamilton

Emily Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and assessment management. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at City & Guilds since 2019, Emily focuses on delivering high-quality products within the Qualifications Wales Portfolios. Prior roles within City & Guilds include Project Manager for T Levels in on-site construction and BSE, and Lead Assessment Manager, where Emily collaborated with the Saudi Skills Council to develop assessments. Earlier in their career, Emily worked with Creative Partnerships and The National Trust, where responsibilities included media liaison and communications management. Emily holds a BA Hons in Applied Social Science from the University of Hull and A Levels in Sociology and English Literature and Language from Tynemouth College.
