Jonnie Pay

Jonnie Pay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in railway operations and training, currently serving as the S&T Training Manager at City & Guilds since June 2023. Pay has held multiple roles at Spa Valley Railway since September 2012, including Commercial & Finance Manager, General Manager, and Operations Assistant, with a focus on enhancing visitor experiences and managing railway operations. Previous experience includes a tenure at Network Rail from September 2009 to June 2023, where roles ranged from Assistant Signalling & Telecoms Maintenance Engineer to Workforce Development Specialist, responsible for training and assessments of frontline staff. Jonnie Pay completed education at Hazelwick Technology College from 2004 to 2009.
