Paddy Craven has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career. Paddy began as the Head of eAssessment at OCR in 2005 and later moved to Cambridge Assessment, where they served as the Principal Analyst and then as the Assessment Functions Domain Lead. In 2010, Craven became the Editor in Chief of the International Journal for eAssessment. Paddy then joined the City & Guilds Group in 2013, serving as the Director of Assessment Policy, Research and Compliance. In 2018, they became a Windsor St Georges House Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows. Most recently, Craven joined Business in the Community as a member of their West Midlands Leadership Board in 2021.
