Amber M. has worked in various roles since 2017. In that year, they began as an Intern for Peserico, followed by a Production Assistant for Powerhouse Entertainment. In 2018, they joined the Sales Team at Alternative Apparel. In 2020, they became a Partnership Associate at Climb Credit, and in 2021 they began as a Customer Support Associate at City Their, where they support customer inbound requests with Tier 1 responses, develops and implements plans to support City Hive growth initiatives, and analyzes internal and external data sources to generate insights into operational issues.

Amber M. attended LaGuardia Community College, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters.
