Shane Mallen

Shane Mallen is a seasoned professional in customer success and marketing technology, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at City Hive, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shane spent over eight years at Liaison International, progressing through various positions including Senior Marketing Technology and Digital Services Manager and Implementation Manager. Early career experience includes office administration as a Mailroom Assistant with general office responsibilities and working as a Bindery Specialist at Rivendell Riding Academy, where Shane also cared for horses. Shane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Franklin Pierce University, complemented by a high school diploma from Franklin Roosevelt High School.
