Jessica MacLeod serves as the Director of Customer Outcomes at City Innovate Inc, leading Scaled Programs that focus on customer delivery and success within the partner ecosystem. Previously, as Vice President of Customer Success at Promise, Jessica emphasized compassionate repayment solutions for government debt, achieving high repayment rates. Jessica's roles have included Director of Digital Services & Open Government for the City of San Rafael, where technology modernization and data analytics were prioritized, and Co-Founder of U.S. Digital Response. Experience at Tyler Technologies and Socrata involved developing customer success strategies and enabling value-driven outcomes for public sector organizations. Jessica’s early career included impactful positions at the Center for Global Development and Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where policy analysis and program management were key responsibilities. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
