John Lucas MD, MPH, FACPE is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in various prominent medical institutions. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at City International Hospital since January 2018, John previously held significant roles including Chief Medical Officer at FV HOSPITAL in Vietnam, Senior Medical Advisor at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Chief Executive Officer at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, where notable transformations included the establishment of an integrated regional health system and implementation of EPIC EHR.
