Sandra Blanscet, CPA, is a seasoned compliance manager with extensive experience in financial auditing, compliance projects, and internal controls. Since May 2019, Sandra has been with City Light & Power, Inc., overseeing various special finance-related projects. Previous roles include contract professional at Randstad USA, compliance manager at CH2M, and positions at K-C PMC and CH2M HILL, where responsibilities ranged from managing audits and compliance to overseeing facility operations and internal audit programs. Sandra began their career as an auditor with the City and County of Denver and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
