Raad al Jawames

Raad al Jawames is a customer service professional with a diverse background in sales and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at City Mall since June 2019, Raad began a career in retail as a Salesperson at GO Sport Montagne from November 2018 to May 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Executive at officebuy and a Direct Marketing Executive at 3anawen. Early career exposure included a part-time marketing position at Al-Quds for Chemical Industries, where Raad received training. Educationally, Raad holds a degree in Marketing with a GPA of 3.3 from Middle East University, completed from 2014 to 2016, and attended the University of Jordan prior to that. A foundational education in Information Technology was obtained at Pioneer Educational School from 2007 to 2009.
