Rick Glowacki possesses extensive experience in the retail and logistics sectors. At City Mattress since July 2004, Rick Glowacki serves as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Business Development and previously held the role of Vice President of Sales. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining high standards in the bedding industry across 20 stores while ensuring customers receive a comprehensive mattress presentation in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Prior to this, Rick Glowacki worked at FedEx from September 1987 to January 2004 as Operations Manager, contributing to significant growth in the South Florida market and gaining experience in various operational facets, including airport logistics, transportation, dispatch, distribution, and pick-up management.
