Connie Pletcher-Perez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Connie started their career at Kmart Corporation as an Assistant Manager from September 1999 to June 2005, where they successfully managed various aspects of the discount store and consistently increased profitability.

From 2005 to 2006, Connie worked at CNG Financial as a Manager, where they were responsible for employee scheduling, evaluating customers for loan eligibility, and making collection calls to recover debts.

Connie then joined Assurant Solutions in June 2007 as a Workforce Planning Analyst, where they remotely monitored call center agents across different locations, scheduled trainings and meetings, and ensured key performance metrics were met. Their tenure at Assurant Solutions ended in November 2012.

Most recently, Connie has been with City National Bank and Trust since March 2014. Connie started as a Workforce Management professional and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President/Contact Center Manager in January 2021. In their current role, they manage a team of customer service representatives and oversees the call center operations, providing exceptional customer service to branch visitors across Oklahoma and Kansas.

Connie Pletcher-Perez attended Cameron University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management.
