Ann Marie Wood

Ann Marie Wood (Heymann) is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate banking. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at City National Bank since April 2021, Ann Marie has progressed through various roles within the organization, focusing on credit operations. Prior to this, Ann Marie worked at HP Investors from September 2017 to April 2021, initially as an Associate and advancing to Senior Associate. Earlier experience includes a role as a Real Estate Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo from June 2016 to September 2017. Ann Marie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego and has foundational education from Texas Christian University and The Bishop's School.
