Charlton Bilow

Charlton Bilow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and finance. Currently serving as VP and Manager of Data Analytics at City National Bank since October 2018, Charlton specializes in reporting, analytics, and process automation within the Treasury Management Solutions Division. Prior to this role, Charlton worked as an independent consultant and held key positions at Pacific Premier Bank, Plaza Bank, and US Bank, where expertise in business intelligence, corporate finance, and banking operations was demonstrated. Charlton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California and an Associate of Science from Riverside City College, complemented by leadership experience as Corps Commander in the Air Force ROTC, leading a top-ranked unit nationally.
