Irma Rivera

Irma Rivera currently holds the position of VP, Infrastructure Transformation Lead at City National Bank since September 2022. Prior to this, Irma Rivera worked at The Hartford from March 2005 to September 2022 in various leadership roles, including Pillar Leader for the Women in Technology Forum, Leader of Network Engineering, Infrastructure Architect and Technology Strategist, IT Service Continuity Leader, and Sr. Technical Analyst. Responsibilities included overseeing network automation, disaster recovery planning, and leading a team for Oracle database management. Irma Rivera is also an active member of several employee groups, including the Hispanic Leadership Network and the Professional Women's Network. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from UCONN and completion of a CISSP Bootcamp in 2016, achieving a score of 688.
