Sophia Lu

Sophia Lu is currently a Data Analytics Intern in the Personal and Business Banking Division at City National Bank, having started in May 2023. Additionally, Sophia has been serving as a Data Analyst at the University of Southern California's Office of Institutional Research since October 2021, where responsibilities include generating insights from extensive data files using Tableau and developing Python scripts to enhance efficiency. Previously, Sophia held leadership roles in USC APASA, including Co-Executive Director, overseeing a large team and coordinating events for a significant student population. Other experiences include working as a Google Business Apprentice, a Court Watch Journalist, and founding The Project Oyster Podcast, focusing on mental health advocacy. Sophia Lu is pursuing degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Analytics at the University of Southern California, expected to graduate in May 2024.
