Echo C. L.

Echo C. L. is a Program Specialist II- Clean Water Program at the City of Alameda since January 2023. Prior to this, Echo worked as an Environmental Protection Specialist at Waste Management and as a Zero Waste Outreach Coordinator/Contract Compliance. Echo also has extensive experience working at the United Nations in various roles such as Team Leader Integrated Field Operations Center and Head of Reporting Unit. With a Master's degree in International Development from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara, Echo has a strong background in environmental programs, strategic planning, community partnership building, and training coordination.
