Geoffrey Johnson

Geoffrey Johnson is currently serving as the Program Principal In-Charge for (ACPWA) Alameda County Public Works Agency at Luster National. Geoffrey supervises a team while co-developing community and business outreach strategies to recruit small/emerging, minority, and women-owned businesses for ACPWA capital projects. In addition, Geoffrey serves as the Lead for San Francisco/Bay Area Projects, researching and analyzing capital/transportation projects and developing public outreach strategies. Geoffrey's previous experience includes roles such as Senior Community Relations Manager and City of Alameda Transportation Commissioner, where Geoffrey advised on transportation policies and implemented community engagement strategies. With a background in various industries from legal to public service, Geoffrey brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current roles.
