Kirk Franklin

Kirk Franklin is a seasoned Systems Analyst currently employed by the City of Alameda since September 2019. Previously served as a Senior Software Engineer at PSShip and Fire Engine RED, specializing in the development of SaaS features for package tracking and CRM solutions for educational institutions. Kirk has extensive experience in web development, having held positions as Lead Web Developer at Architect/Golin and Senior Web Developer at Comrade, UCSF, and UC Berkeley, where contributions included creating internal applications, migrating sites to content management systems, and developing complex web applications. Kirk holds a BA in English from George Mason University and has pursued further education at San Francisco State University and the University of California, Berkeley.
