Lois R. P. Butler

Lois R. P. Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic development, project management, and construction services. Currently serving as the Economic Development and Community Services Manager for the City of Alameda since January 2016, Lois has also held roles such as Principal Consultant at Butler Project Management and Director of Architecture & Construction at Men's Wearhouse, where a significant number of store development projects were successfully delivered. Previous experience includes project management positions at Gap Inc., the City of Reno, and the City of Oakland, where notable projects included complex real estate developments and historic preservation efforts. Lois's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
