Matthew Gilfellon

Matthew Gilfellon currently serves as the Director of Corporate and Commercial Services at the City of Albany since October 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Shire of Chittering from July 2019 to October 2022, and previously served in the same capacity at the Shire of Dumbleyung from October 2013 to June 2019, as well as the Shire of Mt Marshall from October 2010 to October 2013. Matthew's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of New England, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Business Law from Curtin University.
