Allison Carrillo (Seibel) is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a CIP Program Manager at the City of Albany, California since April 2020, Carrillo previously held multiple engineering roles at the City and County of San Francisco from May 2011 to April 2020, including Associate Engineer and Assistant Engineer. Responsibilities included project engineering for sewer and storm water projects, as well as serving as Assistant Resident Engineer for the Mission Bay Redevelopment program. Early in the career, Carrillo completed internships and trainee positions focused on concrete and storm water system modeling, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of engineering practices. Carrillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
