Gabriella Cebada Mora is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in stewardship and planning roles within New York State Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation since July 2015, currently serving as Director of the Division of Environmental Stewardship and Planning. Gabriella's expertise includes overseeing environmental reviews, managing the statewide Water Quality Program, and implementing climate adaptation projects. Additional contributions include serving on the Sustainability Advisory Committee for the City of Albany, as Curriculum Chair for the New Leaders Council, and assisting with environmental agency operations at the New York State Executive Chamber. Gabriella holds a Master of Science in Resource Management and Conservation from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
