Patrick Rigg (Ian)

Patrick "Ian" Rigg currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Albert Lea since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rigg worked as the City Administrator and Finance Director for the City of Evansville, WI from August 2014 to November 2020, overseeing municipal operations including emergency services, utilities, and economic development. Rigg also held the position of City Administrator for the City of Eldora from July 2008 to July 2014, focusing on a range of municipal management tasks. Rigg's early career included an administrative internship at the Davenport Public Works Department from June 2005 to June 2007, where various studies were conducted. Rigg holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Augustana College.
