Jenn Ooton

Jenn Ooton serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Longmont since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in urban management and community development. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager for the City of Aspen and Assistant City Manager for Economic and Community Development in Glenwood Springs, where Jenn contributed to strategic planning and organizational development. Earlier career highlights feature positions as Assistant to the City Manager, Public Information Officer, and Community Development Specialist in the City of Lafayette, along with editorial roles at Longmont Times-Call. Jenn Ooton is actively pursuing a graduate certificate in Positive Organizational Development at Champlain College, following a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's in Print Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder.
