Donna Kliewer

Donna Kliewer has over two decades of experience in municipal services, serving as Waste Services Manager and providing support for the Keep Allen Beautiful initiative at the City of Allen since 2002. Previously, Donna held the position of Admin Assistant at the City of Allen from 1999 to 2000 and worked as Office Manager at The Psychology Group from 1993 to 1999. Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art and English from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, as well as a B.A. in English and Art from Southwestern State College, both during the years 1970 to 1974.
