Steve Massey

Steve Massey has a diverse work experience. Steve started their career as the Commander and District Engineer at the Pittsburgh District, US Army Corps of Engineers, where they managed federal civil works, regulatory, and emergency management operations over a large geographical area. Steve then served as the Chief of Staff at the US Army Military District of Washington, responsible for coordinating staff operations across multiple military installations. Currently, they are the Director of Community Services at the City of Allen, where they manage various municipal functions.

Steve Massey has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Steve also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Steve has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in National Security Policy Studies from the National Defense University. Steve has obtained certification as a Registered Professional Engineer from the State of Texas Board of Registration.
